The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with an attorney to discuss your situation. If your situation involves a current lawsuit, criminal charge or other litigation, you are responsible for your representation. If we do not agree to represent you, you should consult an attorney immediately to protect rights you may have in any current, pending, or future legal action. You should not construe our decision not to represent you as an opinion on the merits of your case.
